WWW Wednesday

Hi! and welcome back to my weekly WWW Wednesday post. I hope you all had a great week. Mine was lovely. We had a good time down on the Oregon coast. It was sunny, a bit cold, but perfect weather for hiking and hanging out on the beach. We didn’t really have TV, so I spent a lot of time reading in the evenings and managed to get three books done. They were all pretty good, especially the audiobook! But it is nice to be home!

What am I currently reading?

An Inheritance of Magic is the newest ARC I am reading. I have just started it, but so far so good.

How Can I help You is hard to describe. It is interesting and I kind of like the characters. Not sure how I feel about this one yet. I will probably finish it today as I am more than half way through.

Painted Devils is my current audiobook and so far I am loving it. I loved how Vanja accidentally started a cult and how that is starting all kinds of trouble.

What have I recently finished reading?

Long Past Dues was good. I liked the character development and the story quite a bit. I really enjoyed the dynamics between the two main characters.

I have mixed feeling about The Hundred Loves of Juliet. There were some things I liked but the chemistry between the two main characters seemed to be lacking a certain something.

Assistant to the Devil was hilarious and just the book I needed to listen to right now. I didn’t realize it was the start of a series, but I really need book two now!

What will I read next?

Two Twisted Crowns is the next ARC I need to read. I am looking forward to continuing this story and seeing how it unfolds.

Gallows Court will be the next library book I read. I can’t wait to get started on this historical mystery.

The Ten Thousand Doors of January will be my next audiobook. I am excited about starting this book.

Well that is my week of reading. The next few weeks will be busy as I have some family visiting and will be doing some more local traveling. Until next week….
