The Three Ws are:

What are you currently reading?
What have you recently finished reading?
What do you think you’ll read next?

Happy Wednesday everyone! I hope your day is full of good reading and fun.I had a pretty good week, even with all of the rain and gloom. As I am writing this, we are having a very brief break in the rain, one day, but I still took the time to enjoy it.

My reading week was pretty good.I was surprised to get an extra ARC last week, but I managed to squeeze it in and it was marvelous.I also just managed to finish a really long audiobook, which while predictable and way too long, was enjoyable. My current reads are also turning out to be pretty good as well.

What am I currently reading?

I Only Read Murder is my current ARC and I have only just started it.So far I’m finding the main character very irritating, but she is beginning to grow on me a bit.

Upon a Frosted Star has been marvelous.Gorgeously written and so well done.I’m not sure where the story is going to end, but I am hoping for happily.

Listen For The Lie is my current audiobook that I will be starting today or tomorrow.I am looking forward to listening to this as I have heard some really good things about it.

What have I recently finished reading?

The Bezzle was a very interesting and intriguing read.It is a slow burn indictment of society and the financial system as well as the privatization of prisons.

Crucible of Chaos was a delightful return to the Greatcoats series.I loved this standalone that will be a precursor to the next series, Court of Shadows. The first book of this new series,Play of Shadows, comes out later this Spring.

Shadow Baron is the second book of the Burnished City series and I really enjoyed it.It was perhaps a tad too long, but I love the characters and the story was just marvelous.

Iron Flame was less predictable than the first book, but I still knew how it was going to end before I was even a few chapters in.This one was also way longer than it needed to be.The narrator did a spectacular job.

What will I read next?

Under the Storm is the final ARC that I need to read for February.I am looking forward to this mystery thriller.

A Curse for True Love will be the next library book I pick up.Looking forward to seeing how this series ends.

Finlay Donovan is Killing It will be my next audiobook. This will be a reread, but with the next book coming out in March I thought it might be nice to go back to the beginning. I was hoping to get to all of the books in the series before needing to read the ARC for the next one, but I don’t think I will be able to fit them all in.

Well that is it for this week’s WWW post.I hope the weather where you are is sunny and warm, or if it isn’t that you are safe and warm curled up with a good book.Until next time…

Happy Reading!
