The weekend before all of the flooding, after we had already had quite a bit of rain, we stopped by to check out Snoqualmie Falls. These falls are always a breathtaking sight, but with all of the extra rain they were particularly spectacular. I have seen videos after all of the rain that caused all of our rivers to overflow, and the falls were pretty wild. These falls are quite well know, and a bit of a tourist destination, especially in the summer. If you watched or are/were a fan of the 90’s TV show Twin Peaks, you might recognize the falls and the hotel on the left.
