Happy Wednesday! I hope you are all having a great week. Mine has been pretty good, at least the reading was. I enjoyed all three books that I read this week, although two of them were not quite what I was expecting. My current reads are all very good so far as well. March is starting off with some really good books which I hope continues into the rest of the month.

What am I currently reading?

Cherry Baby is my current ARC that I am reading. I am really enjoying this one. I love the characters and the story is wonderful.

The Murder at World’s End is such a fun read that I am enjoying immensely. I love the characters and the mystery is quite good.

Mad Mabel is my current audiobook that is also an ALC. I have only just started it, but so far it is pretty good.

What have I recently finished reading?

*The Ending Writes Itself was an enjoyable read, but not exactly what I was expecting. It almost veered into horror, and wasn’t quite the mystery I wanted. But the writing was wonderful.

*Snake-eater was also a book that wasn’t at all what I was expecting. It was pretty horror light and more about one young woman’s journey to find herself and a place to call home.

Hench was such an enjoyable audiobook, even with the super long chapters. I really enjoyed this twist on the superhero genre. The ending was great and I am really looking forward to the next book.

What will I read next?

The Antiquarian’s Object of Desire is my next ARC. I am really looking forward to finally picking this one up.

With Friends Like These is a mystery thriller that I picked for one of my challenges. It is about a group of friends who are playing a “killing” game in NYC when it turns deadly.

Busted is a middle grade book by one of my favorite authors. This is the next audiobook I will probably pick up. It is about a young boy and his grandfather and the many shenanigans they get up to.
