Girl Forgotten by April Henry is a well crafted murder mystery that features a teen trying to solve a cold case murder in a small town setting. She creates a true crime podcast as a school project only to find herself in the murderer’s crosshairs.

Audio ARC Book Review: Small Town Mystery
A review for the audiobook version of Midnight in Soap Lake by Matthew Sullivan. I really enjoyed this multi layered mystery set in a real town in my home state of Washington. A very complex mystery told from two perspectives and read by Kristen Sieh who does an excellent job.
Audiobook Review: Villains of War #1
A review for the adult fantasy novel Blood of Hercules by Jasmine Mas. A dystopian world with greek mythology has at its core a young woman trying to survive when everything is stacked against her and things are not what they seem. I am not a huge fan of the book, but I liked the audiobook.

A review for the audiobook version of the second book in the Holmes, Marple & Poe series by James Patterson and Brian Sitts. This is a fast paced thriller about stolen infants and children and the race to save them from a fate worse than death.
Audiobook Review: Middle Grade Fun
A review for the middle grade audiobook by Matt Eicheldinger. Matt Sprouts and the Curse of the Tem Broken Toes is a heartwarming story of a sixth grader who comes under a curse to break all of his toes. Barret Leddy does an awesome job with the narration, sounding just like a twelve year old learning to navigate life in middle school.
