A review for the new adult fantasy by Taran Matharu, Dragon Rider. A wonderful book with a fascinating magical system stemming from the bonding with animals. I enjoyed this and am looking forward to the next one.

I listened to three audiobooks this month and I wanted to share them with you. So here are three shortish reviews for three very different books. A review for the audiobook version of The Hexologists by Josiah Bancroft. This is the first in a new fantasy series that I really enjoyed. I lived the characters and the world building was divine. If you are looking for a book with complex characters and magical system then you should give this one a try.
A review for the new prequel for the Six Crimson Cranes duology. This is the story of Channari and Vanna, Two sisters who will do anything to save each other.
