Happy Friday. Today I bring you a round up of the three audiobooks I listened to at the end of the month. Two of them were excellent and I really enjoyed them. One not so much. Take a look and see.

Two short reviews for two really good books. The Wolf Tree by Laura McCluskey is an atmospheric mystery on an isolated island off the coast of Scotland. The Fallow Year by Margaret Owen is a collection of short stories that take place between books 2 and 3 of the Little Thieves series. Both of these were excellent and I highly recommend them.

What am I currently reading?
What have I recently finished reading?
What will I read next?
A review for the new novel by Fredrik Backman coming out in May. My Friends is a loving look at art, found family, grief, love and the endurance of friendship.
I love May with all of the flowers and trees blooming. It just makes me so happy. So of course I have many books that will be dark and sad and tense to read this month. What was I thinking!
A non-reading challenge that I am doing this year. Each month I will post a picture that I have taken based on a prompt. I have 12 chances to get a bingo! Wish me luck. This week’s pick is from a place about an hour’s drive north from where I live.
