This second book by Alex Hay is a thrilling cat and mouse game set in Victorian London. The Queen of Fives is a well done story with an ensemble cast of characters that you will enjoy spending time with.

January seemed like a very long month, but it was good reading wise. I finished 15 books and for the most part they were pretty good. There were even a couple that were excellent reads. My TBR suffered a bit, but it was all good in the end.
A review for the new Adam Binder offshoot book, Rogue Community College by David R Slayton. This story is full of great characters with magical talents. It has a lot of heart and a very sweet romance. There is a lot to love in this book.
A weekly meme where I talk about what books I have added to my reading list this week. This will mostly be my library books, but I will talk about others as well. This week was a pretty good week for adding books to my stack. I added 3 library books and one ARC. All of them are books I really want to read.
It is the end of the month and time to look forward to what I hopefully will be reading in February. This month I have 4 ARCs and 4 other books that I plan on reading. Strangely enough none seem to be love stories. Oh well, I will probably try to squeeze one of those in this month.
A review for the historical fantasy debut book by S. F. Williamson. A Language of Dragons has a lot to like, but fell a little bit flat for me, mostly due to the main character. I loved the dragons though and the main plot was fascinating.
