A review for the wonderful and comforting story about a coffee shop run by astrological cats. The Full Moon Coffee Shop by Mai Mochizuki is a warm hug of a story about how people’s lives and choices are guided by the stars and planets. A very sweet story with a very lovely ending.
A review for a wonderful cozy fantasy by Peter S Beagle. I’m Afraid You’ve Got Dragons is a wonderful story with a reluctant hero, a determined princess, a cowardly prince, and yes of course dragons. I fun time and the audiobook is delightful.
A review for the first book in a new cozy fantasy-mystery story by Kiri Callaghan. The Hearth Witch’s Guide to Magic and Murder has some great characters, a slow burn yet very sweet romance and a really well done mystery. There are also some fun footnotes and a couple of recipes in the back.
A review for the third book in the Side Quest Row series by R.K. Ashwick. A Draught for a Dragon was just as charming and fun as the first two. Eli and Ambrose were just as adorable, and the whole crew from Rosemond street join in the adventure. Plus there is a new romance that was very sweet.
A review for the new book by Mara Rutherford. A Curious Kind of Magic is a sweet cozy fantasy with found family vibes. I really enjoyed the characters and the story. This is a standalone, but I am really hoping for at least a sequel with this charming group of characters.
