The Three Ws are:
What are you currently reading?
What have you recently finished reading?
What do you think you’ll read next?
Another great week of reading, although I really need to make sure that I mix up the genres a bit more. It is hard to keep the stories straight in my head when they are similar, especially the fantasies.
What am I currently reading?

Her Radiant Curse is my current ARC. So far I am really enjoying it. I really like Channi and the story is very good. I like the cover too, although I am wondering why her face looks so normal?
American Sherlock is a nonfiction book about one of the first forensic scientists in the US. After all of the fantasy books I have been reading lately I needed a bit of palate cleanser. I am only a little bit into it but I am enjoying it so far.
A Gathering of Shadows is my current audiobook. This is also a reread. There are two narrators this time and I am enjoying them both.
What have I recently finished reading?

Where the Dead Sleep was a really good mystery. I just love the characters and the small town setting. This is the second in a series and it will be interesting to see where it goes next.
Hestia Strikes a Match ended up being ok, I just kind of wanted more. The idea of the second civil war needed to be more prevalent in the story. I did like the characters, but I just needed more of a plot.
The Blackhouse was a great mystery. There was a plot twist that I didn’t see coming which always makes me like a book more. The audiobook was excellent as well.
Nettle and Bone was delightful and I am really enjoyed it. I really like Marra and how she wants to save her sister, even though they are not that close. I also adored the other characters especially Marra’s fairy godmother and Fenris.
A Darker Shade of Magic was my second audiobook but it is also a reread. I enjoyed this just as much as the first time I read it. Probably because it has been about 5 years and I have forgotten so much of it that it was almost like reading it for the first time.
What will I read next?

The Mystery at Dunvegan Castle is the last ARC I need to read this month. It is the third in a really good urban fantasy set in Edinburgh. I really enjoyed the first two so hopefully I will enjoy this one as well.
Fourth Wing has been getting all the hype recently so I hope it lives up to it. I do like the premise though.
I am hoping that A Conjuring of Light will be my next audiobook, but it depends on whether or not my hold at the library comes through. I might have to listen to something else, but I don’t know what. Probably a mystery so I won’t be doing three fantasies again.

I hope that all of you have been enjoying your reading this week. Until next time…
