The Three Ws are:
What are you currently reading?
What have you recently finished reading?
What do you think you’ll read next?
I can’t believe how many books I read this week! Most of them were fairly short and quick reads and one was a novella, but still six books is a lot for me. My art class is starting up again this week, so I will have a little less time for reading, but I’m hoping to keep up this pace. I have so many books that I want to read before the end of the year!
What am I currently reading?

The Blue Hour is interesting but kind of slow moving. It feels like it is about to pick up a bit though, so hopefully it will.
Shiver is a book that I am reading for one of my challenges this month. I have only just started it, so don’t have much to say yet. But so far so good.
Shadowstitch is my current audiobook. I am enjoying it so far, but it is really long. It might even take me more than a week to finish this almost 30 hour book.
What have I recently finished reading?

Monstrous Nights was really good and just as enjoyable as the first book. I love the characters and the setting and the blending of slavic folklore into the story was great.
While Idaho Slept was heartbreaking yet a very compelling read. This is a nonfiction book about the recent murders of four college students in a small town in Idaho.
Black Tide Son was a really good book that I quite enjoyed listening to. I enjoyed the story and I am looking forward to the next book.
Heir, Apparently was cute and funny, but not quite as good as the first book. I had a hard time suspending disbelief with this one.
Blowback was just as good as the other books in this series. I loved how twisty it got in the end.
The Dispatcher was an odd little story with a very weird premise. If you are murdered, you don’t die. It was a quick read and there are two more books in the series that I am debating reading.
What will I read next?

Don’t Let the Forest In is the next ARC I need to read this month. It will be a great book to read now as we enter into the darker days of fall.
Clockwork Boys is the last book I need to read from this month’s TBR list. I am looking forward to sitting down with this one.
Twelfth Knight might be my next audiobook. It depends on whether or not my hold comes through by the time I am done with my current listen. If not I will probably go with the next book in the Enzo Files.

Well that is it for this week. I am looking forward to seeing what you have been reading this week. I am hoping that you enjoyed them all. Until next time….
I loved Threadneedle but I dnf’d Shadowstitch and i was so sad about it!

I’m sorry to hear that, but I could see why. It is very long and it does meander a bit. But I can tolerate that better when it is an audiobook!
