March Birthstone: Aquamarine

I always liked how soothing the aquamarine stone feels. It is such a pretty yet calming color. It does remind me of water too, so it is aptly named. Aquamarine is a pale-blue to light-green stone which makes it pretty easy to find covers to match.

This month I split my choices between books I have read and three coming out this year that I want to read. . All book titles are linked to my reviews (*) or their Goodreads pages.

A Fate So Cold has just had it’s cover reveal last week and it is gorgeous! I love the colors and the wand is fantastic looking. This book comes out in November and I am really excited about reading it!

Accomplice to the Villain is third book in my favorite romantasy series and I just love that cover. I’m hoping that because the frog (whose name I’m forgetting, Wendell maybe?) is featured and I hope that means he gets a bigger role in this book. I’m smiling and getting giddy just thinking about reading this one when it comes out in August.

All the Water in the World came out in January and I saw a lot of good reviews for it. I hope to get around to reading it soon as it sounds really good.

*Ruthless Vows was one of my favorite reads from last year, as was the first book in the series. I really like this cover too with its wispy strokes of aquamarine.

*A Midwinter Murder was a fun little cozy mystery set in the 1920’s. It was a standalone book that is part of a longer series. I might get around to reading the series at some point.

*The Undertaking of Hart and Mercy is here representing the more greenish blue color the aquamarine stone can take. This is another fun romantasy series that I have been enjoying.

This is such a fun tag to do. Next month is going to be hard though. I can’t think of many book covers that would remind me of a diamond. I’m going to have to give this one a long think.

Until next time…

Happy Reading!
