Birthstone:

This was a hard one! I had a really difficult time finding covers that were on the light side of green, or yellow green or even true green. But after perusing all of my Goodreads lists and my bookshelves, I came up with these six books. All of which I have read.

TreeNotes is such a pretty cover and a wonderful shade of green. It is a nonfiction book but a fun one to just dip in and out of.

The Medusa Protocol is a very bright yellow green, almost a neon green, but I decided it was probably the closest to this rare gem. I also loved the book so needed to include it.

Faeries Never Lie is a collection of short stories about faeries. I was a fun book with some cool stories and a kind of creepy cover. Check out the wings if you don’t know what I’m talking about.

Slow Dance was a such a sweet second chance romance. I really enjoyed this one even though it was a character driven story and one of the main characters kind of annoyed me.

The Perils of Lady Catherine de Bourgh was a great mystery inspired by the Jane Austen books. I really enjoy the two main characters in this series.

Next month’s birthstone is the Sapphire which should be pretty easy. Lots of books with dark blue covers to look through. Until next time…

Happy Reading!
