The Three Ws are:

What are you currently reading?
What have you recently finished reading?
What do you think you’ll read next?

Hello and happy Wednesday to you all. I have been having a good week so far. Last week was pretty busy as I went on a quilting retreat for three days. It was a fun time hanging out with my quilting friends and I got a lot done on one of my current quilting projects.

Being busy didn’t keep me from reading though. I managed to finish four books, although one was under a 100 pages. They were all solid reads and I enjoyed them for the most part. My current reads are pretty good as well.

What am I currently reading?

Secrets of the First School is good, but a bit slow moving. Things have started to pick up a bit but I have no idea how this will all end.

Three Assassins is a book that I just started last night, so don’t have much to say about it yet.

Red Tempest Brother is really good so far. It is nice to hear from Benedict’s point of view. Looking forward to seeing how this one ends.

What have I recently finished reading?

The Sunbaker was good. It had a really good mystery that kept me baffled until the big reveal. However I found one of the characters really annoying which took away from the overall appeal of the book.

The Wisteria Society of Lady Scoundrels was also good, but I didn’t enjoy it as much as her other series. I just really struggled with the whole flying houses part of the story. Also I felt it was too long and a tad predictable. I did like the romance though.

Clown Town was excellent and I really enjoyed this one. There wasn’t as much action as some of the other books in the series and I’m a little bit anxious about the ending and where the next book might lead. Highly recommend the series if you haven’t read it yet.

The Tree That Was a World was sweet, but a couple of the stories were a bit strange. I absolutely adored the pictures though.

What will I read next?

I might start in on The Time Traveler’s Passport. This being a short story collection I can dip in and out of it when I want.

The Twisted Ones will probably be my next library read. I think it will be a fast and kind of scary read.

I really don’t know what audiobook I will listen to next. I will have to see what I am in the mood for. I would welcome any suggestions from you.

That is it for this week’s edition of WWW Wednesday. I hope the rest of your week is marvelous and that you are enjoying your reading.

Until next time…

Happy Reading!
