Hard to believe the year is almost over. It has been an interesting year, but a really good reading one. I have some good books lined up to read this month and I am excited to get started on them. I was going to wait on this post until I knew what the bonus prompts for the 52 Book Clubs challenge were going to be this month, but it sounds like it is going to be a bingo type challenge, so I will do that in a different post. Lots of holiday books on my list for this festive month.
Challenge books I need to read

The Undiscovered Islands is my nonfiction read for the month. It should be a fun and easy read to end the year on.
The Crimson Throne is a book that I just downloaded today on Libby. I initially have it for my December read for the Buzzword Cover Challenge. The prompt is monochromatic and I thought this would fit in perfectly.
Ring the Bells is the fifth book in the Stranger Times series and it fit perfectly for the last bonus prompt for November that I needed to read. The prompt was for a book that takes place in an office. This will be perfect for that and it is a holiday story!
Other books I plan to read

Fa-La-La-La Land is a holiday romance that I ran across while looking for another book and thought it would be a good addition to my holiday reading this month. It is a grumpy-sunshine story and it sounded like it would be a lot of fun to read.
A Case of Life and Limb is the second book in the Trials of Gabriel Ward series. I loved the first book and really wanted to read the second one this month as it is a holiday story. But there is a lot of murder and mayhem as well.
Let It Glow is a middle grade book that came out last year, but I didn’t get a chance to read it then. It is about twins who were separated at birth and meet at the holiday pageant tryouts. One was raised jewish and the other christian. They of course decided to swap families and I am sure some shenanigans ensue. Sounds like a very heartwarming and lovely story though.

Lots of good books lined up for the month and I am really looking forward to reading them. I also might dive into a few ARCs for next year if I have the time. I hope you all have some wonderful books on your holiday reading list. Until next time…
You reminded me of Stranger Times series! I had a lot of fun with the first two books, I should go back to it!
And good luck with your TBR!!

A Case of Life and Limb is a brilliant book. I read it in July which was not the right time of year but it was still fantastic
