WWW Wednesday

Happy Wednesday! My week reading wise has been a good one. Unfortunately, I injured my hand on Friday (long story), not anything serious, but it makes typing and some other things kind of difficult. Luckily it was my non dominant hand. It is way better now, so hopefully I will be back to normal in another day or two. But only being able to type with one hand is a struggle, so I am now way behind on writing reviews. I’ll probably be posting a lot once I’m fully functional.

What am I currently reading?

Seek the Traitor’s Son feels more science fiction than fantasy, but definitely dystopian. I am really enjoying it though and having a hard time putting it down.

The Somewhat Wicked Witch of Brigandale is a lot of fun. I love the characters and the story is really amusing.

A Deadly Episode is excellent and it is fun to have Anthony and Hawthorn together again working on a case.

What have I recently finished reading?

The Anniversary was a very different kind of thriller but in a good way. I really liked the characters and the mystery was very excellent.

Cabaret in Flames was interesting, but I think I only finished it because it was so short.

Agnes Aubert’s Mystical Cat Shelter was so fun to listen to. I loved the cats especially. Agnes and Havelock were wonderful.

What will I read next?

Startup Hell is the last ARC that I need to read for the month. I am looking forward to ending the month with a laugh.

I, Medusa will be my next read. Looking forward to seeing how this author retells this myth.

Villain should be my next audiobook. This is an ALC and the book doesn’t come out till next month, so I might put it off if one of my library holds come through. We will have to see.
