My July 2026 TBR

Wow! I can’t believe that we are half way through the year. Where does the time go? So far my reading year has been pretty good, but there are still a lot of books left to read. So many books coming out this second half the year. So many to get excited about. I only have three ARCs that I need to read in July, but I might just pick up one from later in the year if I have the time. I also have chosen three books for my challenges.

ARCs I need to read

Daggerbound is a book that I am super excited about. It has been a long wait for this one. I just loved Swordheart and we are just finally getting a sequel.

The Unknown is a mystery thriller by one of my favorite authors. I am so excited to read this one that takes place in New England.

A Trade of Blood is the third book in the Shadow of the Leviathan series. I loved the first two books and I am pretty sure this one will be just as good.

Other books I plan to read

Believe: The Untold Story Behind Ted Lasso is my nonfiction pick for July. I don’t know how many of you are fans of the show, but I thought this would be the perfect month to read this with the World Cup and a new season of the show coming out.

The Dentist is a mystery thriller that I have picked up for one on my challenges. I needed a title with an occupation in it, I thought this would be perfect.

The Devil and Mrs. Gooch is another book I have picked up for two of my challenges. Both the 52 Book Challenge and the Buzzword Cover challenge had prompts that this book fits perfectly.

I will be reading more than six books in July, but these are the only ones that I know for sure will get done. The rest of my list will depend on my mood. Until next time…

Happy Reading!

  1. A Trade of Blood is brilliant and I’m sure that you will love it. The Dentist and the whole George Cross series are brilliant too. The main character is so good.
    Enjoy your July reading.
