A review for the sequel to one of my favorite books by T. Kingfisher. Daggerbound is just as much fun to read as Swordheart. I loved the characters and the adventure that they go on. It was well worth the wait for this book, but I hope we won’t have to wait another eight years for the next one.
A review for the eighth book in the Murderbot series by Martha Wells. Platform Decay is a novella with Murderbot on a rescue mission in hostile territory. This is a fast paced, sharp and witty story that will have you laughing out loud an cheering Murderbot on.
A review for the audiobook version of Busted by Dan Gemeinhart. This is fun and rollicking adventure story about a young boy helping out an old man on his last adventure. The characters were lovable and the story is heartwarming. The narrator, Mark Sanderlin, does an excellent job with the characters.

This ecological thriller has Alex studying hawksbill turtle while protecting their nests from poachers and thwarting mercenaries from carrying out a deadly plan.
A review for the first book in a new dystopian YA trilogy by Matt Eicheldinger. When the Rain Came is a hauntingly vivid story about a young woman’s journey through a flooded world. It is a story of resilience and found family with an otherworldly feel to it.
A review for the newest space romance by Amie Kaufman. Red Star Rebels is a fast paced story of two young adults trapped on a Mars colony which mercenaries are trying hard to blow up. It is a fun and exciting story with an explosive ending. Fans of the author will surely enjoy this one.
