Birthstone:
Happy Birthday to all of you August babies. You have such a pretty birthstone. But this was a hard one to find covers to match. I had to dive pretty deep into my Goodreads lists in order to come up with just a few covers that I thought matched. It’s a shame that more book covers don’t use this pretty shade of green. It reminds me of new grass on a bright summer day, which is probably why it was picked for August’s birthstone. Although around here the grass is usually brown by August.
