These books are based on the Jane Austen books, with this one focusing on the characters from Mansfield Park. The Rushworth Family Plot has our duo figuring out two murder while attending events during the London season.
ARC Review: Snow White Reimagined
A review for the newest book by T. Kingfisher, Hemlock & Silver. This is a reimagining of the Snow White fairytale with an older main character and a sassy cat. I really liked the main character and many of the secondary ones. The setting and main story were also good, it just needed a faster pace.
Audiobook Review:
A review for the newest psychological thriller by Lisa Jewell. Don’t Let Him in is about a man who isn’t all that he appears to be. This is the story about how the women in his life bring about his downfall. Told from various points of view with a full cast of narrators, this audiobook was a delight to listen to.
ARC Review: A Sweet Love Story
A review for the new book by Evelyn Skye, The Incredible Kindness of Paper. This very sweet romance had a great message of kindness and will leave you with a warm heart. I loved the main characters and their journey to find each other again.
Audiobook Review: Heartstrings #1
A review for the audiobook version of First Time Caller by B. K. Borison. I really enjoyed this contemporary romance very loosely based on the Sleepless in Seattle movie. The two narrators did an excellent job bringing the two characters to life.
