3 Quick Audiobook Reviews
Here are three quick reviews, more like thoughts really, for the three audiobooks I have listened to recently. These are all parts of series that I have been reading and enjoying and just wanted to share them with you. I highly recommend all of these books, even if you are not into audiobooks.
ARC Review: Of Myths and Legends
A review for the new book by Alix Harrow. The Everlasting is a time travel book, but like nothing you have read before. It is a beautifully written love story the spans a history full of grief and sorrow. This is one you won’t want to miss.
ARC Review: The Side Quest Row #3
A review for the third book in the Side Quest Row series by R.K. Ashwick. A Draught for a Dragon was just as charming and fun as the first two. Eli and Ambrose were just as adorable, and the whole crew from Rosemond street join in the adventure. Plus there is a new romance that was very sweet.
Book Review: Detective Stilwell #1
A review for the first book in a new series by Michael Connelly. Nightshade is a brilliant police procedural set on the beautiful Catalina Island off the coast of California. This mystery has a lot of twists and turns that will keep you reading long into the night.
ARC Review: Adam Binder #4
A review for the fourth book in the Adam Binder series by David R Slayton. Redneck Revenant is a wonderful story with a great cast of characters with themes of family, generational trauma, supernatural creatures and shenanigans. A great addition to this excellent urban fantasy series.
