This is my quarterly check in on how I am doing on my reading challenges for the year. This quarter I am pleased to announce that I have completed one challenge and am on the way to complete another one in October.

September was a really great reading month. I enjoyed all of my 14 books that I read. It was really hard to choose favorites! My ARCs were especially good as were most of my audiobooks. There are a couple of rereads this month, but they too were just as good as I remembered.
This was quite the busy month for me. I had eight ARCs that I needed to read and that took quite a bit of time. Plus I had my challenge books to get done as well. Thank gods for audiobooks as they kept me sane this month.
A quick review for the very short but fascinating book TreeNotes by Nalini Nadkarni. These very short little vignettes are all about the trees and how they touch human lives.
It is the end of another month and time to look back at all of the reading I did. July was a bit disappointing as far as reading went. I finished 16 books, but many of them were long and slow and a chore to finish at times.
This is my quarterly check in on how I am doing on my reading challenges for the year. So far I am doing great although I am finding them to be a bit more challenging this year. I am finding it kind of hard to find books to fit some of the prompts!
