A review for the new cozy fantasy A Witch’s Guide to Magical Innkeeping by Sangu Mandanna. This is a lovely story about found family, a magical inn and a slow to blossom romance.

A review for the audiobook version of the upcoming sapphic romance, Lady’s Knight by Amie Kaufman and Meagan Spooner. I really enjoyed the story, the romance and the fairy tale like setting. Lots of fun characters and a lovely romance.
A review for the next book in the Love’s Academic series by India Holton. The Geographer’s Map to Romance is just as much fun as the first book in the series. It has a failed marriage of convenience, one bed trope, and a forced working together situation to save England.
A review for the second book in the Side Quest Row series by R.K. Ashwick. This fun cozy romantasy features a great group of diverse friends who all live and work on the same street in a wonderful fantasy world. I really enjoyed spending time with this group and look forward to reading the next book sometime soon.
A review for the delightfully funny historical romance that is also a light fantasy, The Ornithologists Field Guide to Love. I loved the characters and the romance was great. I also enjoyed the writing and the narrator was perfect. This was the perfect story to spend time with on a cold and dreary winter’s day.
I had a very busy week reading some holiday books. It really put me in the mood for the holidays. This post is three short reviews for some great books. I highly recommend all of them but especially The Most Wonderful Crime of the Year. It was a blast and I really enjoyed the romance and the mystery.
