A review for the novel The Unkillable Frank Lightning by Josh Rountree. This story is a retelling of Frankenstein but set in the Old West and features a woman doctor. I found the story to be quite riveting and not as horror filled as the cover might suggest.

This book is about a small family in Kansas in the late 1800’s who murdered 11 people just so they could steal their few possessions. This story focuses mainly on how their murders were discovered and the people who tried to track them down and bring them to justice.
A review for the audiobook version of the newest book by Riley Sager. With a Vengeance is a locked room murder mystery that takes place on a train speeding across the country.
This is a review for a new book with a very different kind of mystery. The Creeping Hand Mystery by Maureen Johnson is a do it yourself style mystery. It was like being handed the files to a murder case and then using that to solve the case. It was a lot of fun to read and to solve.
A review for the quite funny nonfiction book Unruly: The Ridiculous History of England’s King and Queens by David Mitchell. I listened to the audiobook, which is narrated by the author and found it very amusing. A must read if you are interested in English history.
