A weekly meme where I talk about what books I have added to my reading list this week. This will mostly be my library books, but I will talk about others as well. This week I didn’t make it to the library but I went on a bit of a spending spree and I received another ARC that I am super excited about!
Hello, hello! Today I am bringing you two short reviews for two fantasy books I read this week. The first one is the sequel to the Runestone Saga series by one of my favorite authors. The second is a middle grade fantasy about a young boys adventure in a magical world adjacent to ours where he meets all kinds of wonderful creatures and an intriguing girl who can fly. Let’s get to it, shall we?
A review for the 20th book in the Eleanor Swift cozy mystery series by Verity Bright. A Midwinter Murder is a clever and charming mystery with lots of humor and Christmas nostalgia. Set in the early 1920s at an English country manor, there are lots of colorful characters that will keep you guessing who the murderer really is.
A weekly meme in which I answer the three questions:
What am I currently reading?
What have I recently finished reading?
What will I read next?
A review for the newest thriller by Carter Wilson, Tell Me What You Did. This story about a true crime podcaster will keep you on the edge of your seat. The short chapters and the podcast transcripts will keep you turning those pages until all is revealed at the end.
