Two sort of quick reviews of books I read in the last couple of weeks. One is a fairy tale that is pretty gruesome and could be considered horror by some. The second is a collection of short stories set in Ireland and based on irish folklore.

Four mini-reviews of some books I read this past month.
Kingdom of the Wicked by Kerri Maniscalco
The Return by Rachel Harrison
The Eighth Detective by Alex Pavesi
The Electric Kingdom by David Arnold
Three short reviews for some really good books!
Lock Every Door by Riley Sager
The Final Girl Support Group by Grady Hendrix
Homegrown Hero by Khurrum Rahman
Some mini reviews for two pretty good books. The Deep by Alma Katsu is a paranormal retelling of the Titanic. Into the Water by Paula Hawkins is a dark and twisty tale of murder and suicide.
Here are three short reviews of books that I read in June and really enjoyed. They are all really different from each other, a contemporary YA, an adult thriller and a science fiction sequel. But all books that I would recommend that you pick up and read. Hopefully at least one will appeal to you!
Two short reviews for books in series I have been reading:
The Queen’s Secret by Melissa De La Cruz
Trinkets, Treasures, and other Bloody Magic by Meghan Ciana Doidge
