The Three Ws are:

What are you currently reading?
What did you recently finish reading?
What do you think you’ll read next?

What am I currently reading?

The Red Scrolls of Magic by Cassandra Clare and Wesley Chu.  Magnus Bane, need I say more?

Spark by Sarah Beth Durst.  A middle grade novel about dragons and weather magic.  I couldn’t resit that cover either.

Legendary by Stephanie Garber.  This is a reread before I tackle the last book.  This is my audio book for the week.

What did I just recently finish reading?

A Question of Holmes by Brittany Cavallaro.  This one was quite different than the first three, and I have some mixed feelings about it.  I will hopefully get the review up by next week.

Caraval by Stephanie Garber.  I loved this as much the second time around as I did the first.  It is such a good read and I really recommend the audio book as well.  The narrator, Rebecca Soler, does an excellent job as always.

Moving Pictures by Terry Pratchett.  This is one of my favorite of the Discworld books.  So funny and such an insight into the whole Holy Wood scene.

What do I think I will read next?

Some of these could change depending on my mood but I think these will be the next books.

Finale by Stephanie Garber.  I was thrilled to get an ARC of this on NetGalley and I hope to get it read before it comes out on May 7th.

Defy the Fates by Claudia Gray.  This is the last book in the series and I can’t wait to see how it all works out.  Abel is one of my favorite AI’s, and I really like Noemi too.

Ghosts of the Shadow Market.  So I have all of the stories on audio, and I meant to listen to them before I read Queen of Air and Darkness, but it just didn’t happen.  Then I kind of forgot I had them.  We will see though.  I might decide on something else as my audio books are very much dictated by my mood more than any other reading I do.

  1. How exciting that you got the ARC for Finale! That’s definitely one of my most anticipated reads this year. I’ve never been successful in re-reading books but I think I will do Caraval and Legendary before Finale comes out! 😍
