What am I currently reading?

• Sweep: The Story of a Girl and Her Monster is a middle grade book that I am quite enjoying.
• Queenslayer is book 5 in the Spellslinger series. This one is full of political intrigue and other shenanigans.
• Homeland is my current audiobook. Still as relevant today as it was in 2013. This will make you want to give up technology. Privacy is dead.

What did I recently finish?

• Neverworld Wake was pretty intense. I never saw that ending coming!
• It Came From the Sky was fun and very well done. It comes out next month.
• The Dragonet Prophecy was a middle grade book. This was an audiobook. My students have been bugging me for awhile to read this one. It was fun, I can see why they like it so much.

What do I think I will read next?

• The second I finish Queenslayer I will be diving into Crownbreaker, the last book in the series.
• Paola Santiago and the River of Tears is the next ARC that I need to read. So far I have enjoyed the Rick Riorden presents books. It is based on the La Llorona myth, so I am hoping it will be somewhat scary.
• Palace of Silver will hopefully be my next audiobook. Still waiting on the hold.

So far this month, all of my reads have been really good. I hope that streak continues. What have you been reading?
