The Three Ws are:

What are you currently reading?
What did you recently finish reading?
What do you think you’ll read next?

On last week’s post I made some predictions of what I wanted to read next that ended up being totally wrong. One wasn’t my fault, the book is still on hold at the library. The other was simply because I was more in the mood for something else. What can I say? Other than that it was a good week for reading.

What am I currently reading?

I have seen so many good reviews for Amari and the Night Brothers I just had to get an ARC for myself. I just started it yesterday, but already I am riveted.

So, I know I said I was going to read The Burning Kingdoms next, but I felt more in the mood for The End of the World is Nigh. I am only a little ways into it, but I am enjoying it.

I was hoping my next audiobook was going to be the next book in the Temeraire series, but I am still waiting on my copy from the library. So while I am waiting I decided to get The Never Tilting World. This will be a reread because I want the story fresh in my mind before I tackle the second book.

What did I just finish reading?

The Lion of Mars is a nice middle grade science fiction that is coming out next month. Loved the story and the characters.

A Sky Beyond the Storm was amazing! So much going on in this one, that it was hard to keep track.

Super Fake Love Song was kind of a surprise, I wasn’t expecting it to show up from my library holds when it did. But I was so glad to read it. Super cute and super nerdy in all of the good ways.

What do I think I will read next?

My next ARC that I need to read is A Question of Navigation which is a science fiction by one of my favorite fantasy authors. It sounds amusing, so we will see how it goes.

The Burning Kingdoms will definitely be my next read. It has to go back to the library in 10 days. I am looking forward to seeing how this series ends.

I am so keeping my fingers crossed that Tongues of Serpents will be my next audiobook. I really want to see dragons in Australia and how things go between Temeraire and Iskierka.

Even though I exceeded my 2020 Goodreads goal of 150 books by almost thirty books, I was hoping to be closer to 200. I’m not sure I can read 20 more books in the next 8 days, but I will get as many done as I can. I think my numbers might be a bit off too as I sometimes forget to add rereads. Well I hope you had a good reading week as well.
