I’ve had a pretty good week of reading. Most of the books were very enjoyable, a one not so much, but that is ok.

What am I currently reading?

Ancestor Approved is my current ARC that I am reading. It is a short story anthology that is centered around native kids and families going to the big powwow in Michigan. So far the stories have been a lot of fun. They are all native authors too.

Truth be told I have not started White Trash Warlock as of this writing, but I will before this posts. I am really looking forward to reading this one.

Crucible of Gold is the current audio book I am listening to and I am really enjoying it. Lots of adventure and Laurence and Temeraire go to South America and boy are things really different there.

One Jar of Magic was the last ARC I read and was not at all what I was expecting, but it was still good. Very sad though.

Among the Beasts and Briars was wonderful! I really liked the world that the author built and I just adored Fox! I hope to have a review up tomorrow.

I really enjoyed the newest Bookish Boyfriends book. This one was centered around Anne of Green Gables. I loved Curtis, the love interest in this one. Can’t wait to read the next one which comes out next week. That one is based on Sherlock Holmes!

What will I read next?

Vampires Never Get Old is my next ebook that I will be reading. Another short story anthology that of course centers around vampires. Some of my favorite authors have stories in here.

The Wood will be my next book. I am really looking forward to this story.

Blood of Tyrants is the next Temeraire book and hopefully will be available when I am done with the current one. Only more to go after this.

I am really enjoying all of my reading right now, which is good because our weather has certainly been horrible lately. Most of this weekend was spent curled up with a book while it rained buckets outside.
