I was trying to think of something to post today, and started feeling nostalgic for some reason, and I thought to myself, “what was I reading this time last year?” So I decided to take a look at Goodreads and figure it out. But I didn’t stop there. I decided to go back five years and see what I was up to in 2016. I was going to post about that book, but unfortunately, I was not super good at keeping track of my reads back then, so I then decided to just go back to 2018.
That was a bit rambly but if you are still with me, great! Here are the books that I was reading on or around September 10th, 3 years ago, 2 years ago and last year.

The Archived was a great read, and a series that I really wish had a third book. Maybe someday? A great series that really needs an ending!
In 2018 I discovered Murderbot and fell in love! I can not recommend this series enough especially if you are a science fiction fan.
In 2019 I discovered the Rivers of London books and pretty much tore through all of them in a few short months. A great urban fantasy set in London.
Last year I was falling in love with The Invisible Life of Addie LaRue. If you have never read a book by V.E. Schwab, start with this one. It is her best work.
That was certainly fun. I liked that I seem to read some really good books in September.
