The Three Ws are:
What are you currently reading?
What did you recently finished reading?
What do you think you’ll read next?
It has been an interesting week. I ended up having an extra day off last week, but the weather was so intense that I mostly stayed home. I was very lazy though and didn’t get much of anything done, except some reading. But I am totally ok with that!
What am I currently reading?
I am almost finished with The Splendor and I have really been enjoying it! It is very interesting with a mystery that is slowly unraveling.
Truthfully I haven’t started Into the Bloodred Woods, but I will be tonight so I feel like I can include it here. I am really looking forward to this one.
Dead Beat is my current audiobook and I am enjoying it just as much as the others.
What did I recently finish?
Having an extra day off and with the weather so horrible, I had lots of time to listen to audiobooks. So I was able to finish off two of the Dresden Files books. Blood Rites had Harry fighting two enemies at once, while warding off a death curse that was killing people on a movie set. Death Masks involved a duel between Harry and a vampire. Both were excellent and a lot of fun.
I never really connected with No Beauties or Monsters so it was little bit of a disappointment. I did enjoy the setting though.
Grave Reservations was such a fun little murder mystery set in my hometown of Seattle. Lots of good twists and turns in this quirky little book.
What will I read next?
Ride or Die is the third book in the Jay Qasim series. I have just loved these books and I am looking forward to reading this one as it picks up on the tragedy that happens at the end of book two.
I put The Maker of Swans on hold I think last year! It took so long for my copy to finally get to me. I am looking forward to finally getting to read this one.
Proven Guilty is book eight in the Dresden Files and will mark the halfway point in this series. So far there are 16 books with two more in the wings.

Well that was a fun week of reading. I hope you all had a great week too!
Enjoy your reading!
