WWW Wednesday

The last couple of weeks of November were pretty busy, but I still managed to keep up with my reading. What I did let fall to the wayside was my posting of reviews. Although I was liking the books that I was reading I just wasn’t feeling the desire to write any reviews for them. I hope to do better next month.

What am I currently reading?

A Drop of Venom is the next ARC I need to read. I haven’t started it yet, but I will either today or tomorrow. I am looking forward to this retelling of the Medusa myth.

Zero Days is my current read. I just started it yesterday, but so far so good. I am liking the characters and the story is pretty intense.

Champion of Fate is my current audiobook and I am enjoying it quite a bit. I hope to have more time over the next few days to finish it up.

What have I recently finished reading?

After She Wrote Him was a very unique take on authors and their creations.

The Hexologists was wonderful. I loved the characters and the world and the story was quite good as well.

The Accomplice was very dark and twisty. I was somewhat surprised by the end, and the journey there was exciting. I had a hard time putting this one down.

In a Dark, Dark Wood was good. It wasn’t as dark or scary as I thought it would be. It was also a tad predictable, but I still enjoyed it.

Emily Wilde’s Map of the Otherlands was a solid second book in this series. I love the characters and the story was good too. I should have my review up in the next day or so.

What will I read next?

The Clinic is the next ARC that I need to read. I am really looking forward to this one and hope that it is as dark and sinister as that cover.

Love Will Tear Us Apart is the next book I will be reading. I am so looking forward to this one as I have loved all of the other books in the series so far.

Sword Catcher will be my next audiobook, although I might be switching off with the physical book so that I can get it done quicker. It is quite the chunkster coming in at 23 hours.

Well the year is almost up. I am feeling pretty good about. I am looking forward to 2024 as there are a ton of good books that I am looking forward to reading and reviewing. Until next time…
