The Three Ws are:
What are you currently reading?
What have you recently finished reading?
What do you think you’ll read next?
I have made a bit of a dent in my library book stack, but they keep just showing up. I’m at least hoping to break even each week. That way I will feel like at least some progress was made. August’s reading so far has been pretty good, especially this last week and my current reads. Titles with * are linked to my reviews, otherwise the titles are linked to their Goodreads pages.
What am I currently reading?

We Solve Murders is so far really good and it is going along at quite a clip. I am finding it really hard to put down and should have it done really soon.
Break to You is also really good and also a bit sad. It is always hard to read about teenagers who find themselves in tough situations.
Assassins Anonymous is the audiobook that I will be starting today. I am really looking forward to it and hope it will be a lot of fun to listen to.
What have I recently finished reading?

*Buried Deep and Other Stories was a great collection of short stories by Naomi Novik. Most of them have been published in other anthologies, but it was nice to see all of her work in one book.
*The Sky on Fire ended up being a pretty good read. I was glad that I persevered to the end as it really ramped up the last 100 or so pages.
Girls Like Us had a bit of a slow start, but once it got going I found it really hard to put down. A well done thriller that I really enjoyed.
*Assistant to the Villain was just as good the second time around. It still made me laugh and kept a smile on my face the whole time.
What will I read next?

The Naming Song is the next ARC that I need to read. I just love that cover and I am really hoping that the book is just as good.
The Maidens will be the second book that I will read by this author. This one is a murder mystery with some greek mythology mixed in.
One of Our Kind is a mixed genre with horror, murder mystery and a social commentary sort of all rolled into one. This is my next audiobook and I am looking forward to it.

Can’t wait to read everyones’ WWW post. I always find interesting books and adding them to my TBR. I do appreciate all of the recommendations! Until next time…
I’m glad that you enjoyed the last part of The Sky of Fire. That cover for The Naming Song is really eye catching. The colours are stunning.
