Happy Wednesday everyone! I hope you are all doing well. I have had a busy week, but I still managed to finish four books. Two of them were audiobooks, one of which I was almost done with last Wednesday, so not a huge surprise then. So far my current reads are pretty good.

What am I currently reading?

Katabasis is really good so far. I am learning a lot about all the different versions of hell. I am also liking the characters and the story.

Hell’s Half-Acre is my current nonfiction read. So far it is very interesting.

Fever Beach is my current audiobook that I just started yesterday. So far it is pretty funny and very hard to put down.

What have I recently finished reading?

*Hemlock & Silver was very good and a great reimagining of the Snow White story. I just kind of wish it had been a bit more exciting.

The Rushworth Family Plot was also good, but was probably my least favorite of the series. One of the characters really annoyed me, and it too was very slow moving.

🎧 *Don’t Let Him In was another great psychological thriller by this author. I loved that we got to see into the mind of such a horrible man and how all of the women he wronged were finally able to stop him.

🎧 With a Vengeance was pretty good. Not my favorite by this author, but then I often struggle with stories about revenge. I did like the setting and some of the characters.

What will I read next?

Five Found Dead is my last ARC I need to read that is being released in August. Hopefully it will be a quick read that I can squeeze in at the end of the month.

The Emilie Adventures will probably be my next read. I am looking forward to reading this steampunk YA adventure story by one of my favorite authors.

I have no idea what my next audiobook will be. I have nothing on hold that will be available anytime soon, so I will just have to pick something I am in the mood for when the time comes. If you have a suggestion, let me know.
