WWW Wednesday

Happy Wednesday to you all. I hope your week is going well. Mine has been pretty good. I’ve been a bit under the weather, but that is ok. I have spent my time reading good books and watching the Olympics. However I am struggling a bit with getting reviews done, a little too unfocused right now.

My reading so far in February has been pretty good. I am particularly enjoying my current books. I am also looking forward to the ones I’m planning on reading next.

What am I currently reading?

The Escape Game is my current ARC that I am reading and it was the perfect book for me right now. I am enjoying the characters and the story is pretty exciting. This come out in April.

Better in Black is my current library book. It is a collection of short romantic stories based in the Shadowhunter world. So far they have all been pretty sweet stories. But alas no Magnus.

Murderland is my current audiobook, although I haven’t started it yet. I will start today so I’m counting it as current.

What have I recently finished reading?

*The Fox and the Devil was a very interesting read. I loved the characters and the setting. The story was a good cat and mouse hunt across Europe for a serial killer.

The Man on the Endless Stair was a pretty good read, although a bit on the strange side. There was also a time travel element that I wasn’t expecting.

🎧Last One Out was good and I loved the narrator. It is a very slow moving story and the mystery was slightly disappointing but loved the writing. I am struggling a bit with writing the review, so hopefully tomorrow

🎧Salvagia was a solid read that I enjoyed. It is a very interesting look at a pretty bleak future for our world. But there is also some adventure and excitement.

What will I read next?

Entwined will be my next ARC that I need to read this month. I am really looking forward to this one, as I loved the author’s last series.

I’m thinking that Enchanting the Fae Queen will be my next library book, but I might choose something else depending on my mood. I’ve heard this one isn’t quite as good as the first one.

I’m all caught up on my library audiobooks, so not sure what I will be listening to next. I do have a couple of request on Netgalley that I am waiting on, so hopefully it will be one of those.
