Even though February is the shortest month, it felt like it lasted forever to me. Such a long month, but still a good reading month. Though I didn’t get all that much read. Especially my physical books. Those really seemed to take forever to read, even when they were good. I finished 14 books this month and none of them less than 3.25 stars and many of them were above 4! I even managed to read two very different nonfiction books. Lots of books to talk about, but first check out the graphic showing all of the books with their ratings.

All of the titles are linked to my reviews for the books.
Favorite ARCs

The Escape Game is a great YA thriller that I really enjoyed. I loved the characters and the escape room settings were wonderful. The mystery was really twisty which made it even more exciting. (Buzzword Reading Challenge)
The Fox and the Devil is a tad on the slow side, but still a really solid read. I enjoyed the cat and mouse chase across Europe and enjoyed the characters and the found family vibe. (Speccy Challenge)
When the Rain Came is a well done YA dystopian that had me guessing as to what was really going on. I am really looking forward to the next book to find out more about this new world. (Speccy Challenge)

Red Star Rebels was awesome! I loved the characters and the Home Alone vibes. Also the romance was solid. I really enjoyed this one and wish it was going to be a series. (52 Book Club Challenge)
Game Changer was also a really fun and exciting YA science fiction. I enjoyed the characters and all of the different worlds that they were in. This is one that I think could spark a lot of conversations. (Buzzwords Cover Challenge)
Hidden Libraries was a nonfiction read all about libraries that few people know exist. It was an interesting read. (Nonfiction Challenge)
Favorite Audiobooks

Murderland is also a nonfiction read and it was very compelling. I totally get where the author was going with this one. Such an interesting premise about how the environmental factors caused by the poisoning of the land by companies lead to such widespread violent crimes. (Nonfiction Challenge)
Last One Out was a very quiet mystery that was more about a dying town, grief and resilience than it was about the mystery. I really enjoyed this one. (52 Book Club)
Salvagia was a really interesting science fiction read. I loved the setting of a drowned Florida and the characters were great. This is another one that I’m hoping we get another book featuring these characters. (Speccy Challenge)

Lots of YA and dystopian this month. But some other good ones thrown in. I’m also doing pretty well on all of my challenges. I hope you all had a good reading month as well. Until next time…
