Stacking the Shelves

Stacking The Shelves is all about sharing the books you are adding to your shelves, may it be physical or virtual. This means you can include books you buy in physical store or online, books you borrow from friends or the library, review books, gifts and of course ebooks! And audiobooks. Don’t forget audiobooks!

In other words, if you can read it or if it can be read to you – no matter how you got it – it belongs in Stacking the Shelves.

The Stacking the Shelves meme was originally hosted at Team Tynga’s Reviews. It is currently hosted by Reading Reality.

Happy Saturday to you all! It is a beautiful Spring day in the PNW, which I know won’t last long. Actually I think we do have a few days of Spring coming up before winter comes back. Sort of kidding. Anyways a pretty light haul this week which is good as I still have a couple of library books I need to get through.

Library books I have added to my bedside stack

I, Medusa is a book that I picked for one the 52 book club challenge. It was already on my TBR so a win all around. Medusa is a greek myth that has always fascinated me. I’ve heard some good things about this book, so fingers crossed.

Cabaret in Flames is a novella about about creatures that are sort of vampires but not. It takes place in an alternate Brazil. Sounded interesting and thought I would give it a chance.

The Somewhat Wicked Witch of Bringandale is a cozy fantasy that I saw a good review for a couple of weeks ago. I read one other book by this author and liked it so I thought I would give this one a chance.

ARCs I’ve added to my Netgalley account

I have added no new ARCs this week, but I have a requested a couple that I hope to hear about soon.

Audiobooks

No new audiobooks this week either, but that is a good thing. I just finished the first one of the three that I got last week, so two more to go. Hopefully no more will show up for at least a week.

A pretty light week, but this at least gives me a chance to catch up. Until next time…

Happy Reading!
