The Blood Queen is a fast paced historical fantasy featuring two marvelous main characters who fall in love despite who they are. This is a wonderful ending to this fantastical duology set in the time of Queen Elizabeth and Scotland’s Queen Mary.

ARC Review: Swordheart #2
A review for the sequel to one of my favorite books by T. Kingfisher. Daggerbound is just as much fun to read as Swordheart. I loved the characters and the adventure that they go on. It was well worth the wait for this book, but I hope we won’t have to wait another eight years for the next one.
ALC Review: Pole Virgins
A review for the audiobook version of Last Night was Killer by Mary Pauline Lowry. This was a fast, fun and hilarious thriller that has a lot of twists and turns. There is also a main characters with a lot of heart and a found family that will always have her back.
