I just love books that make you laugh out loud, and this one did, many times.  I have seen it referred to as “Ocean’s 11 meets the Breakfast Club” and that really just sums this book up.  There is an unofficial club, called the Chaos club, that has been pulling pranks for 40+

years at Max’s high school.  They even have their own website, but nobody knows who they are or how they are able to pull off their elaborate pranks, such as cows on the school roof, or painting the vice principles office pink.  But now Max has been asked to join, or has he?  He and four other students at the school are pranked by the Chaos Club and they are now out for revenge. They plan and pull off a few elaborate pranks of their own as they try to expose the members of the club, but are some of these pranks mean spirited or perhaps targeted at some of their own enemies?  This story was predictable even through all of the plotting and planning put it was still a really good read that I had a hard time putting down. If you are looking for a fast paced, funny novel, this is the one you have been looking for. I would also like to mention that this is a debut novel by Kurt Dina, although he has published short stories, and he is a high school english teacher.   Reviewed from a copy received
