December 2020 TBR

It doesn’t feel like I should be writing this post quite yet. It just doesn’t feel like I’m ready to be done with November yet. Maybe because I only have three out of the six books I had on my TBR for this month read. One isn’t totally my fault, I didn’t get it from the library until this week. I still might get it done before the end of the month though.

I should have some extra time for reading this month as I get two weeks off for the holidays. But I think I am still going to limit myself to just six books on this list. I usually read around 12 books, so that gives me six more for mood reading or unexpected arrivals.

These three are on the top of my list and will definitely get read this month. The King of Elfhame is one I am really looking forward to reading. I will start A Sky Beyond the Storm as soon as I finish the third book. Among the Beasts and Briars is one I have been itching to read, and finally bought it this weekend.

These three are library books, two I which I know for sure I will be getting soon. The third I am hoping to get before the end of the month.

The Burning Kingdoms is the last book in the Smoke Thieves trilogy and I am really looking forward to seeing how it all works out.

Ironside is also a final book in a series. I really liked the first two and am looking forward to this one.

Empire of Ivory is the fourth book in the Temeraire series, which I am really enjoying. Going back to the audiobooks with this one.

That is what I am planning on reading next month. What about you? What are you planning on reading in December?
