The Three Ws are:

What are you currently reading?
What did you recently finished reading?
What do you think you’ll read next?

Well it has been a busy week reading wise for me. I actually got two audiobooks done, mostly because I had a couple of projects that I was working on that let me listen while I worked. The other two books I read were pretty good and the ones I am currently working on are excellent as well.

Vespertine is the current ARC that I am reading and so far it is fabulous! It doesn’t come out until October, but I just couldn’t wait to read it.

The 7 1/2 Deaths of Evelyn Hardcastle has been on my TBR ever since I read The Devil and the Dark Water last year. So far I am enjoying it immensely.

Shatter City is the second book in the Impostor series and it is just as good as the first one. This is my current audiobook and I really like the narrator.

The Devil You Know was just as good as the first book in the series. I love the mix of dystopia with a sexy romance. Love the Librarians and the Silver Devils! Look for my review next week.

An Unexpected Peril was the sixth book in the Veronica Speedwell series and I really liked this one. A really good mystery and Veronica has to go undercover as a princess to solve it!

Impostors was amazing! It is really great being back in this world again with all of it’s interesting tech and politics! I really enjoyed the narrator as well.

As much as I wanted to jump right into Shatter City after Impostors, my hold for Song for a Whale came up and I needed to read it for work, so you know. But I liked it. And because it was short I was able to get back to the series quickly.

I am done with my ARCs for August so I will be starting on the ones for September and first up is Certain Dark Things. This was originally published in 2016 but went out of print. With the success of Mexican Gothic it is being reissued in paperback! I liked Mexican Gothic enough that I thought I would give this one a try, plus it is suppose to be a new take on Vampires, so you know I have to read it!

Deadly Education will be a reread, but I was lucky enough to get an ARC for the Last Graduate and decided that I needed to read this one again before tackling that. And I am excited because it looks like there will be another book in the series!

Moving on to book three in the Impostors series, Mirror’s Edge. Although I have heard that there is a huge cliff hanger at the end of this one. I might decide to wait until closer to the release of book four but that seems to be up in the air right now, so I will see how I feel after I finish Shatter City.

Well that is all of my reading for this week. It has been pretty good reading so far this month. Although I am still waiting on a few books from the library that I hope will come soon so I can get my July TBR done. Until next time, I hope you all have a fantastic reading week!
