The Three Ws are:

What are you currently reading?
What did you recently finished reading?
What do you think you’ll read next?

I had a super busy weekend which left little time for reading. But I was okay with that. I spent the weekend on a quilting retreat, which meant I got to sit around for three days and focus on one or more of my quilting projects, eat a lot of good food, and meet new people. It was fun and I got a lot done on my projects. I made up a little of the lost reading time on Monday, which in the states was a holiday.

I was able to complete two books this week, my audiobook was what suffered the most this weekend. I just didn’t have much time this week to listen to it. Oh well, I should have it done in a couple of days.

What am I currently reading?

Vanished in Vermillion is a true crime book that I am reading for my Non-fiction challenge. I am quite enjoying it. It is well written and very intriguing. I don’t think this one has been solved or if the author has any good ideas as to what might have happened to these girls, but I can’t wait to find out.

Hell Bent is so good so far. This book has been getting most of my attention since I started it and I still have about a third to go. I have no idea if there will be a happyish ending or not, but it is not looking good.

Their Fractured Light is the last book in the Starbound series. I have really enjoyed this series with it’s different plots in each book that are all connected even though there are different characters each time. I think Gideon and Sofia are my favorite couple of the books.

What have I recently finished reading?

Don’t Hex and Drive was just as much fun as the first book. I really enjoyed Isadora and Devraj’s romance and how it played out. They were so cute together. I also liked the other plot line of vampires kidnapping and enslaving young girls. That was well done as well.

The Sacrifice was scary, and I am not sure I will be able to go into a jungle without thinking about this book! Loved the narrator, but the other characters were not as well fleshed out as they could have been.

What will I read next?

A Sinister Revenge is the next ARC that I need to read. I love this series and I can’t wait to see how Veronica’s and Stoker’s relationship plays out.

The Day That Never Comes is the next book in the Dublin Trilogy. I am really looking forward to finally getting a chance to pick this one up.

The Last Thing He Told me is a short thriller, that I have chosen for my audiobook this week. I was hoping my hold for another book would be available, but not yet.

Well that is another week of reading sorted for me. I hope you all are having a fantastic week and are enjoying your reading!
