My June 2025 TBR

Hard to believe that it is June already and that the summer solstice is coming up fast. I really enjoy the summers here, it is our most beautiful season. I have lots of books lined up to read this month as well. I have four ARCs and then I picked three others to read. I’m going back east at the end of the month to visit family, so I kept the list a bit short this month.

ARCs I need to read

The Irresistible Urge to Fall for Your Enemy is a book I picked up mostly because of the title. I think I saw it on some other blogs and it sounded like something that I would like.

A Witch’s Guide to Magical Innkeeping is a cozy romantasy. I think it is set in the same world as The Very Secret Society of Irregular Witches, but I’m not positive. But it is the same author and I loved Irregular Witches so I am positive I will enjoy this one too.

It Was Her House First is a horror book about a vengeful spirit and a woman threatened by violence. Sounds great and I am looking forward to reading this one.

Not Quite Dead Yet is the newest from a favorite author. It is about a young woman who suffered a tragic accident and is out to solve her own murder before she dies.

Other books I plan to read

A Field Guide to the Apocalypse is my nonfiction pick for June. It looks humorous, yet also serious. It is also set up so that I can probably just pick it up from time to time.

The Wedding People is an audiobook that I already have cued up to be my next listen. I have heard good things about this book and I am looking forward to reading it.

Death on the Island is another audiobook that I know will be ready soon. It is a locked room murder mystery that takes place in Iceland. Really looking forward to reading this one. This is for one of my challenges for the prompt of a book set in a country with an active volcano.

So that is my TBR for June. I am looking forward to seeing what other people are planning on reading next month. There are a lot of good books coming out this summer that I am really excited about. Hope I can find the time to read them all! Until next time…

Happy Reading!
