WWW Wednesday

Happy Wednesday and Happy September! I hope your month is off to a good start. Mine has been pretty good, the weather has cooled off quite a bit and it already is beginning to feel like fall. All of my books this week have been good and my current reads are moving right along. I think September is going to be a great reading month.

What am I currently reading?

Red City is the current ARC that I am reading. I am loving it so far. I just love how this author writes settings and characters.

*The Malevolent Seven is a reread before I pick up the next book in the series. I really enjoyed this one the first time around and so far I’m liking it just as much.

🎧 Double Whammy is my current audiobook. Even though I have zero interest in bass fishing I am finding this one very interesting. I love the characters and so far the mystery is intriguing.

What have I recently finished reading?

*Guilty by Definition was quite good. It did start off incredibly slow, but once things started moving along I found it really hard to put down.

*The Unkillable Frank Lightning is not as scary as that picture would make you believe. There are some squeamish parts, but nothing totally scary. I ended up quite enjoying this one.

🎧 Alone was good. The main character does get a little annoying at times, but hey she is a teenager, so that is to be expected.

What will I read next?

A Curious Kind of Magic is the next ARC I need to read. I just love that cover and it sounds like a really interesting cozy fantasy.

The Malevolent Eight will be the next book I pick up. I am really looking forward to seeing where this story goes.

A Walk in the Woods is my next audiobook and my non-fiction book for this month. This is a memoir that was written way back in 1998. But it should be a really interesting one.
