Prompt: W is for Weather
About this picture:
I took this very frosty picture in my yard at 3:30 in the afternoon. Frost that late in the day is very unusual. Our weather this month was unusual, as was the rest of the country’s. We had two weeks of dry cold weather, which was also very sunny! January here is usually cloudy, grey and wet. The day I took this picture it didn’t get much above 35 degrees, and it was much colder in the shade, which is why it was still frosty so late in the day.

Wow! Beautiful! And that is unusual that it was in the afternoon, but your explanation makes sense. It looks like nature’s sugar frosting!
