Stacking The Shelves is all about sharing the books you are adding to your shelves, may it be physical or virtual. This means you can include books you buy in physical store or online, books you borrow from friends or the library, review books, gifts and of course ebooks! And audiobooks. Don’t forget audiobooks!
In other words, if you can read it or if it can be read to you – no matter how you got it – it belongs in Stacking the Shelves.
The Stacking the Shelves meme was originally hosted at Team Tynga’s Reviews. It is currently hosted by Reading Reality.
Happy Saturday everyone! I hope your weekend is going well. Mine has been busy once again, but I still found time to stop by the library for my mostly weekly visit. I had only one book to pick up, but it is one I have been waiting while for. My Libby audiobook holds were another story though. I had three of them show up this week, which was way to many for me to check out all at once. So I only checked one out and then suspended the other two for a week. I also received a book I had pre ordered. I have been excited about this book for a long while, so I hope to get to it soon.
Library books I have added to my bedside stack

I requested my library to purchase this biography way back in January. I wanted to read it before I read The Geomagician, which is loosely based on Mary Anning. Well better late than never I guess. I am still very interested in reading it though. I found her life very interesting. She was certainly a woman ahead of her time.
ARCs I’ve added to my Netgalley account
No new ARCs this week. But I am ok with that. I might take a look next week to see if anything new peaks my interest.
Audiobooks

Audiobooks have been the bane of my existent this week. I had four on hold on Libby and three of them showed up as available this week. Why does that always happen!? This Story Might Save Your Life was the first one and the only one I checked out. The other two I suspended until I get a chance to catch up. I am really looking forward to starting this one, maybe today!
Books I have Purchased

Our Lady of Blades is the second/third book in the Court of Shadows series. (It is technically the third as the first book is a prequel to the series, so count it as you want) Although I do hesitate to call this a series. You can read any of the books as stand alones as they are not really connected except for being in the same world as the Greatcoats series. You don’t necessarily have to have read that series either to enjoy this one, but it would probably help. Any ways, I hope to get to this one soon.

Those are the books I have added to my very tall stack this week. Speaking of that stack, I had better get back to reading. Until next time…
Happy reading! I added three to my stack this week.
