Saints and Dark Magic
A review for the new book by Margaret Rogerson, Vespertine. A wonderful dark fantasy full of great characters and a sweeping complex plot that will keep you reading into the night.
The Scholomance #2
A review for the second book in the Scholomance Trilogy. This one is just as good as the first book and in some ways better. Hell of an ending though that will leave you waiting anxiously for the next book.
Ink & Sigil #2
A review of the upcoming new release Paper & Blood, the sequel to Ink & Sigil, by Kevin Hearne
Series Review – The Paper Magician
A review of the historical fantasy series The Paper Magician by Charlie N. Holmberg. I found the series to be delightful and has a really interesting magical system.
Of Weather, Climate and Witches
a review for the new book The Nature of Witches. A solid debut and an author worth keeping an eye on.
