A review for the second book in the Stolen Heir duology. A solid ending with a few minor things that didn’t make me love this book. But I still enjoyed it and seeing things from Oak’s point of view.

A review for the new book in the Mr Darcy and Miss Tilney cozy mystery series. This one takes us back to the world of Pride and Prejudice with many of the characters from that book making their appearance her. Another nicely done reimagining of the beloved Jane Austen world.
A review for the second book in the Stars and Smoke series by Marie Lu. Icon and Inferno is a thrilling ride through Singapore as Sydney and Winter try to stop an assassination and rescue a rogue agent, while keeping their feelings for each other in check. A fast paced thriller that will leave you breathless and wanting more.
Two reviews for you today, one new book and one book that was published a few years ago. Both were good solid reads, although both were very slow moving at least for me. A Step Past Darkness is a mystery thriller that has a supernatural twist. Endless Water, Starless Sky is the ending of a duology based on the Romeo and Juliet tale.
A review for the new Novella by Veronica Roth, When Among Crows. A riveting dark urban fantasy that takes a look at the themes of redemption, atonement and the things that we fear in life. It is also based on Slavic Mythology and tackles the societal issues of what makes a monster.
A review for the upcoming debut YA thriller by Trish Lundy, The One That Got Away With Murder. This is one hell of a debut with twists and turns that will keep you guessing until the murders are solved. The audiobook was well done with wonderful readers bringing the characters to life.
