Greetings! Some of you may have noticed that I didn’t post anything this week. I needed a little break. Things have been stressful at work, and I needed to let some things go for a bit. So once I was out of reviews that I already had ready to go, I had nothing to post! I haven’t done one of these Sunday Confessions in awhile, so I thought I would start here and see how things go. I try to post every day, Monday through Friday, with the occasional Sunday, but that may not happen over the next few weeks. I’m hoping things get better soon with work and I will be back to my normal schedule.
I did spend some time this week working on how my blog looks. I decided I wanted a more seasonal look. I’m not sure I am going to keep my leaves background. I think it is too busy. Leave a comment if you think I should keep it, or let it go.
Here are the books that you should see reviews from me over the next couple of weeks.
I thoroughly enjoyed reading all of these and look forward to writing the reviews when I have the time, hopefully this week.
These are the books I am currently reading as well as have on my shelf to read next. I like to save some of my spookier reads for October and so far have not been disappointed with any of the ones I have started.
I am currently reading The Midnight Dance and I can’t quite decide what I think about it. It is a little bit weird and not at all what I was expecting, but I still love the cover. I just started When I Cast Your Shadow last night and so far it is very creepy and strange. I have been listening to The Creeping Shadow, the fourth book in the Lockwood and Co. series and it is just as good as the first three. I also recently saw that they are making this series into a TV show. If they stick to the world that has been created here it will be an awesome show.
Well that wraps up what has been going on with me. I hope to also continue with the Top 5 Wednesday posts as well. Remember to leave a comment about the new look, should I keep the leaves background or go back to something solid?
